Can this stop the seeds from stretching ? There under 600w vipar on veg light.. but i feel like there getting to long. Its been day 6 days sine spourting.

If they are stretching lower your light, also turn both the veg and the bloom switch on

Sorry about that.. so take the cfls out and lower the light and run veg and bloom?

No take your main light and lower it. Also those dont look to be stretching. Looks like they are growing.

Ok so im overreacting its my first grow.. Ill keep the led at 36in and take the cfls out completely.. should i still veg and bloom?

Yea I would. The viparspectras put off way too much blue light in just veg, also just the veg light wont do very well for all those plants. So use both buttons. If you notice stretching drop the vipar to about 25"-28"
