Newb and I need help with lighting

Hey there fellow interweb freaks.

So I'm starting my first cannabis grow and I need to buy some sort of lighting.

All of my plant knowledge is outdoor growing that I picked up growing up on the farm...so indoor growing is somewhat uncharted terratority for me.

I'm wondering if this 400w light will produce enough light for the 2 plants that I plant on growing.

From what I understand Metal Halides are good for veg stage. Would I be able to use it for flowering as well? Or will I need to get a different kind of light?

I have the opportunity to buy the pictured equipment for $40, let me know what you guys think!

Shit, a 400W Hydro Farm MH full set for $40, I'd buy it just for the price!

I wonder If you could throw a 3070 on each piece of metal totalling 5? That'd be pretty sweet... angled cobs with one on top. Just ran at like 700ma, so heats not an issue. Ha ha

From what I understand this light will be more than enough for my 2 plants.
