Newb, 12/12 seed CFL help?

well i started from a seed around oct 4 i got my first sprout i only ended up with one sprout the others died. Well i let it grow on its own hoping for the best (a female) and i got it. the plant is around a foot tall and has nice hairs on the top two new growths. But as for the bottom the first set of fan leaves are turning a light green and the very bottom leaves have turned yellow. The other leaves are all green but seem to have a slight twist to some of them?

lighting - 2 26watt cfls and 2 23 watt cfls
soil - organic mg
nutes - none yet other then mollasses
have 2 out fans and one intake and one creating a slight breeze inside the cabinet
the cabinet itself is pretty small 2 and a half feet tall maybe and about a foot wide, i lined it with and emergency blanket for reflection. just looking for some tips on my continued growth of and hopeful harvest. Can get pictures if needed.

check to see if the mg has nutes added, if not then you should start with flowering nutes.

im pretty sure it has no nutes, its the organic kind.

Start giving fertilizer every 2nd or 3rd watering, start out at 1/4 normal amount and go up each time. Make sure your fert is high in P and K and not so much N.
