Ok so i have a dank plant that about 2 and a half tall and like i said im new to growing. It's starting to make a pod of white little small balls? is that where it is goin to start budding or is that mean its a male?

That looks like it could be Female...but theres no real telling unless you get a better pic. try to take something alot closer. right where the branch meets the main stem is where you'll see the sex, at the intersections. get us a pic of these "balls", a close pic.
