First take the caps lock off.

The numbers stand for N P K or Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium

Veg stage normally contains a higher N (grow nute)
Flower stage contains a higer P (bloom or flower nute)

Your best bet is to get a well known line of nutes. Advanced nutrients, Fox Farm, Flora Nova etc...

Definately dont water everyday. Only water as needed

Water when soil is dry in veg.If your gonna buy your cfl's from home depot I get the daylight, and I'd pick up some garden-lime,and some miracl grow "Liquid Houseplant Food".This will be all the food you'll need for veg,40 drops per gallon of water.then you'll need a hps system for fat buds, check out this site http://www.discount-hydro.com/

I have no experience with cfls, what nutes are you using? You should feed it a little less than what the directions say just to see how your plant reacts to it and also foliar feed it to let your plant know it's going to be getting some juice.
