new to led

completely new to led growing and quite skeptical for some reason lol. any thoughts or suggestions ?

i have a seedling that about 5 days old i just put under the led today. plan on leaving the light on for about 48 hours before vegging

seedling needs about 1/100 of the light you have on it but keep your distance and it will grow fine
