hey guys im new to growing first time ever doing i have 4 plants growing right now and i have a few questions first is my 1 and 1/2 week old plant is really tall and doesn't have much growth do you think this is because i didn't plant the seed deep enough? another is at what age can i prune my plants so they get more bushy then tall becuse im limited to highet in my gorwing area? here are some pictures of my plants

plants stretch like that because the light source is either too far away or too weak.
you can get bushy plants by having adequate lighting so the plant has nodes closer together (ie no stretching).

at least 75w/plant
and i put cfl's 4 inches away

also using cfl bulbs with a 6500K rating

Right now i'm using 2 gal pots and i want to switch to soda bottle method any advice
lol i only got 1 cfl at 35 WATS and i got 4 plants growing now i know i need some more light power um i got a computer fan blowing and keeping the plants circulated and also keeps the temp down on the light bulb. Should i get a thermomiter? and whats a good temp for them to grow?

i have 2 /150watt 5/ 100watt and 10/ 4 foot 40watt tubes temps get 84 to 86 to down around 68
