Ok I have some organic compost soil that I'm buying from Home Depot for my base. Im new to Blood and bone meal I normally use all Guano but for this run I'm out of Bat Guano Jamaican. I used it all outdoors this season. Now Im Left with Bat Guano Mexican, Kelp meal, alfalfa meal, Azomite, Bone meal, blood meal, Dolomite lime,Epsom Salt, and Potassium Sulfate. I normally fill a 18 gallon tote with about 10 gallons of compost and mix 1/2 cup of everything and a Full Cup of Azomite then let mix sit for 30days. How much bone meal should I add to the mix? I might not use blood meal since i have so much Nitrogen already from the alfalfa meal and Bat guano Mexican. I plan to do Four 5 gallon plants this winter. It will be clones transplanted from 1 gallon (veg for 2-3 weeks after rooted) to 5 gallon buckets and veg for another 30 days then flowered. 5 Gal buckets will be half filled with Cooked super soil.

Well blood meal and bone meal are very powerful,a little goes a long way,I'd probably only use like a quarter cup for the 10 gallons.

Also alfalfa meal is slow to decompose so if you add it in veg it will start to benefit in flower stage so I wouldn't worry about too much nitrogen in the beginning,at least not from the kelp or alfalfa

So your saying cook everything and leave the alfalfa meal out and just top dress it once i transplant clone to final pot with super soil. So that way by the time flower comes which is 30days later the alfalfa will be ready for the ladies next 10 weeks of flower.

I'd personally throw in the largest amount in the veg pot,and slightly less in the bloom soil mix.
Adding alfalfa in bloom has some benefits, but by the time you chop them down most of it will still be in the soil unused.

I always keep my soil after each grow, remineralize it and reuse it

I'm cool with having a lot of N still left over unused because I reuse soil too. Every grow I have done organic which is about 6-7 now and by time 3rd week of flower comes i have yellow leaves and almost all are yellow by week 6. I want to start harvesting with about 80% green fan leaves still. So adding alfalfa during transplant will help me with this early yellowing issue?

It's worked for me sofar.

Also if your having yellowing issues in bloom you can always get a high N guano and make a compost tea to fix them up quickly
