New to Areoponics / easy answer for someone

Real quick, I just made a areo for cloning. I have a few in and going. I'm starting to question if I should be leaving my sprinklers on 24 hr or should it only be a few times a day. Any help would be great, even a one word answer of how long you leave yours on when cloning.

perfect is 1 min on and 5 minute off
they sell timers that are 1 on and 4 off.........great
i use cheap wallyworld ones that are 15 min on and 15 minutes off..........work great also
