New setup.

Finally started my new setup.. Im using a kitty litter box with a depth of about 6 inches... I have a 42watt CFL light about 4 inches away from the soil (they havent sprouted yet) and another 42 watt cfl i plan to add in a few days... the bulb doesnt get very hot but the soil drys out really quick... should i water twice a day, move the light back or what? Let me k now what you guys think! Thx!

move the light back from it some. and when you water, keep watering til it comes out the bottom.
