New setup, New problems. Need help.

Pictures in order:
First- All, with new 400w (metal halide) light, in a grow tent with carbon filter ventilation. (All the same age except for the front middle left one, he is younger)
Second- The plant that is not growing. Period. He has stayed the same height for a while now even though we treated them all the same.
Third- Same plant as second picture with three others the same age (They are obviously much taller).
Fourth- This one's leaves have been curling for a while now and we cannot figure out why (He has even been replanted into a bigger pot)
Fifth- This one looks like he has had his leaves eaten by something.

Do you know what is going on and what to do to fix/help them??
Any advice is appreciated.
Any questions, just ask.

Are they all the same strain or differnt. Are you watering daily every other day. what nutes are you useing? have you looked for bugs for the last pic I noticed with mine I watered every other day with less liquid then most people would use. but it has worked well so far for me. mine also wilted like that at the beginging of veg and fought back from it but I was outdoor at the time. now they are indoor and doing very well for my first grow.

Your soil looks pretty dry but that is just my opition, that is why I asked about how often you water./...

Looks like a heavy medium which can hold water too long ,stunt growth and cause the droop. Next time mix in at least 30% perlite and reduce watering.
