I just got 4 clones, 2 Church strain, and 2 White Rhino. It seems like on the church ones the tips of the new leaves seem to be browning, somewhat on the white rhino I'm a newbie so I'm kind of sketchy about every little thing. I'm using superthrive as the nutes, and there sitting under a 400 watt MH bulb for 16 hours on 8 off.

In order to help u we need more info. What kind of soil are they in? Are all the leaves browning or just some of them? Pics would be most helpfull.

They are in rockwool, I would take pictures but all I have is my camera phone and that won't get a good enough pic I already tried. Its pretty much all of them, I was wondering if maybe I was over feeding them, its just the tips that are really browning, somewhat around the edges of the leaves but its more noticeable on the tips, they are small clones still they're only about 3-4 inches tall.

If all your using is superthrive than over feeding cannot be it. Superthrive is not a nutrient or fertilizer it contains no nitrogen potasium or phosphorus. Its basicly just b vitamins and hormones. Its either a calcium deficiancy or heat stress. Make sure that 400w MH is not too close, go to a hydro shop pick up some calmag and veg nutes. Add them at 1/2 recomended dosage at first increase it after a few days.

thanks, will do. i'm gonna go to the shop tomorrow i have to get a few things so ill grab those, i was thinking of using floranova, is that what you mean by veg nutes? also if i'm going to use calmag and floranova should i discontinue the superthrive. and how should I do this? should I just mix them all together in a 5 gallon bucket. this is my very first grow brother i need all the details i can get. i'm really nervous i'm gonna fuck this up

also these plants are still very small. are you sure i should start adding nutes yet? i would say they were cloned about 2 - 3 weeks ago not even.

i just thought of something else too, i have a couple fans going and theres been constant air blowing on the plant, i've read this can cause stress, do you think that might have something to do with it?

Superthrive is fine but a little goes a long way, it's mostly used for helping plants through transplant shock or nute burn. Floranova is fine just add 1/2 calmag 1/4 flora to the water do not mix them directly. Ocilating fans work best, if all u have is a stationary one then move it back. It should be close enough to move the leaves but not the stems.

thanks man i really appreciate it. i checked my plants today they definitley need something soon. i'm getting ready right now so i'll have an update on them later. i also noticed theres some white spots forming, i read that this could be bugs? could that possibly also be contributing to my problem? i was also thinking about getting some kind of organic pesticide. what do u think?
