New plans for a grow room, help me out!

It's moving time, and a time for new beginnings.
This new casa will be featuring an unfinished basement in which we plan on building a 7x7 room. The room will probably be in the corner of the basement. We're putting in an commercial grade sink next to the room for easy water access. We plan on caring for about 10 plants at a time.

This is the equipment we plan on working with:

2x digital 600w hps with 6" Cooltubes and mh conv. Bulbs.
424 cfm inline fan
6" tall boy carbon filter

We plan on venting the cool tubes throughthe carbon filter and have the hot air go out side after that. My first question, is it necessary to pull the hot air outside, or can it be vented into the rest of the basement? Or will it get too hot? Also, if vented outside, what would be the best means of doing so? break a hole in the wall? I'm looking for as little damage a possible, while remaining stealth at the same time

My next question is about the lighting. From my understanding I can plug the ballast into a normal 120v plug, which is inturn attached to the light, and it should work? Can I plug every thing into the same socket/surge protector? is the socket going to be able to take all of it? And if so/not, how do I know?

Much help would be appreciated and respected. I'm liberal with rep points

I would advise getting the hot air out of the basement so more fresh air can mingle into your grow room and surrounding areas. Fresh intake air is a very important part of growing a kick ass crop of juicy meds. Since your adding a sink I would add some electricity additions to your grow. The chance for fire with that much stuff running off one breaker is possible and you don't want a problem like that right?! Check and see what size breakers you have before you plug all that stuff in and do some research or talk to an electrician about options. Good luck with your new room and grow

I wouldn't run it all on a surge protector but instead hardwired into a dedicated 20amp circuit. You definitely want 2 separate systems for exhausting your light air and your exhaust air. You could cool both tubes with 1 fan. There's just more control when you have 2 systems. Say it was too cold you could shut off the light fans and keep exhausting air. Since you're worried about smell you're gonna need to keep that fan going 24/7 to keep negative pressure in that room so smelly air doesn't leak out...for instance my separate systems allows me to shut my fan light off entirely for extra heat in winter while still pulling fresh air into the room with my exhaust pulling air outside. You don't want to deposit air where it can be taken back inside. Because essentially you're throwing out co2 depleted air and mixing it with some fresh air and bringing it back in. Much better to just keep bringing in the fresh air.

More importantly my questions which I'm concerned with is HOW will I exhaust air out of a basement? as far how my exaust will be set up if theres any confusion itt will be going carbon filter-cool tube-cool tube- inline fan-outside. That's the way I worked it with my tent and it was fine. Can this cause any problems?

Secondly.. CAN SOMEONE TEACH ME ABOUT ELECTRICITY? or ananswer on how to set up my electrical? Even a point in the right direction?

Thank you!
