New outdoor plant reaching, will this work?

It's in the woods in an area which apparently has a bit too much shade.
Would surrounding the plant with foil help it get some extra light that it needs?

And that might draw a bit of attention as well. Having a bright shinny object in the middle of the woods.

you better climb a tree and trim some branches buddy. nah, honestly I ran into this problem with the organic M.G. we had in upstate. We followed the rule that if there are evergreens growing in the same area then the conditions were good for growing the cheeb. problem was evergreens are monstrous and our clones were only about 7 inches tall. solution? go to the eastern most open spot between two trees and plant your bitch two paces out from the branches. your plant will catch the morning light, strengthen and grow, and still be under partial cover from the trees. then you can cut back the branches from your shelter evergreen as needed.

I realize that foil would draw attention, but I would have taken that risk if it were the only option.

As for putting it in an east clearing, I suppose that's a good idea, but would transplanting hurt the plant? Should I wait until it's a little stronger? Or is that the opposite of what I should do.

don't wait. just do it. make sure you dig far enough around the plant as to not hack mad roots.

It's called weed for a reason, they are tougher than you'd expect, while vegging. Don't F with them while flowering. You should be able to move her with minor problems, maybe a short time of no new growth while the roots repair, maybe a week or 2 @ most....Foil besides drawing attention can focus light and heat to one spot and burn, never use foil around your babies. Make sure you keep her well watered for a while after move till roots get set in.........
Good Luck

A week or 2 of stunted growth is kind of a big deal this late in the season. I'm thinking It would be a better idea to cut some branches now.
