I guess it looks normal, but to know that we really need to know some basic parameters...like how old is the plant, what's the strain? Container size? Light source?
If you are clipping leaves that are healthy stop it. If the leaves are being clipped because they look bad then there is something wrong that needs to be addressed.
She looks like she's had a stressful life, and is barely clinging on.
Not sure why you have her in a steel bucket, but that surely can't be providing drainage or oxygen. Is that room 100% light proof, while she sleeps?
And, as asked above, what kind of light, nutes, schedule, room temps, growing medium, pH level of the water you're providing, and anything else you can think of.
