New multi patient room going up 6k soil grow

So here's the lowdown, any feedback is appreciated. Still in the planning phase so the sooner I get it straight the better.

The basics:

6 sunshine hoods with dual arc hilux bulbs, lumatek 240volt ballasts, light controller, CO2 tank with sensor/controller, 24k mini split, sealed room, 2 400 cfm carbon scrubbers, 4 oscillating fans. FFOF soil with air pots up to #8 size (may need to go bigger), Roots Organic 3 part nutes.

Maybe a Merlin RO?

Check your water before buying the ro in my opinion. Other than that I would just look for reviews on running those particular bulbs with that ballast (just read a few things about Hortilux and those ballasts that were bad). I personally run six 600watt Lumatek ballasts with Lumatek High par bulbs. Other than that sounds like you are on your way to a nice op...what size room?

To be honest the exact location is not yet determined. I know, sounds shady but it's just in the works. Should be up and running in less than 30 days though if I estimate right. I will post more when it happens.

I wasn't sure about the RO yet, just a maybe at this point.

If none of the lights are sealed ducting out of the room, you are going to use every bit of that 24k split when it is on, they put out about 3500btu/hr per 1000watt light w/ballast. Just something to think about, maybe add a small 12k portable that has isolated intake/exhaust? co2 tank may be a problem for a grow that size. lets say you have a flower room that is 12x14 or so for the things, a 20gal co2 tank will not last a week. Just a thought maybe a burner instead of a tank unless you have access to larger tanks and are okay with the price of refilling them.

Yeah, I am in. I have two lights going and 4 more waiting. Things are looking great. I did exactly that, I bought a little 12k portable. Next month when I add lights I will....(takes deep breath in), duct the lights from outside to the attic, install the minisplit, switch the 12k to the hydro room, start installing the 4 600s in water cooled vert tubes and start the organic-hydro room booming. Shit, that might all take three months the way things have been going. But that's the plan.
