New Mexico republican trying to introduce Bill that would ban home grow. Don't do it New Mexico. Tell him to stick it. You've got to stick together on this. That's not legalizing. That's government confiscating the industry for itself. I can make beer, wine, and even whisky. Legally. Enough of this BS. Some body there start petitions. Write letters. Make noise. Testify in front of your state legislators.

The "fake medical" is what keeps the underground going.....
We only allow 4 plants per residence, if it was more you could grow and
supply your friends with free for life, but that takes the tax dollars away
from the government......but who the fck cares about tax dollars? Isnt
it about de criminalizing? Why does the man have to regulate for his cut?

Alaska. 6 plants per person and only 3 can be in flower. 12 per household if 2 or more adults live there. It doesn’t matter if 12 people live there. 12 plants maximum per household and only 6 in flower. However 6-24 is a misdemeanor with no fine so fuck ‘em.
