all right "a friend of mine" has been veggin 5 plants for 8 weeks using alot of happy frog soil, and alot of other chemicals, not only for marijuana but for any garden and the plants look really good. They are about 2 ft tall using only a fl 250 watt and my friend can only either the 600 watt hps or a 4by4 grow room for flowering,(works at mcdonalds). which system should he upgrade first because he is goin to start flowering
