New growth reverted back to one leaf. What's wrong?

These og kush were fine the started losing a leaflet till it's down to one.
I have the same issue with a cutting of dbl skunk. Any ideas?

They're getting the same amount of light as the other kushes and others too. Only three of kusg a doing it and one skunk. The other 3 og a good, all dbl skunk are good, all purple kush are good, all godbud and black are good.

The leaves were curling last week when I pinched those off. Like a cocoon was inside but nothing, and there were about ten curled leaflets per plant.

I would drop my ppms 15% across the board and resume in a couple days after that straitens out. I get that when I'm pushing them to much
