New growth or nutrient deficiency?

cuz its hard to tell between new growth and lack of nutes with these ones i think

Hey buddy my name's Zak too. I get that too but not as widespread with the new growth as you.
It doesn't look very progressed, but if I had to guess I'd try to add some sulfer to your next grow. When the new
Growth is affected it typically points the finger at micro nutrients deficiencies
If it was me personally I'd add a smidge of Epsom salt.
I do hate adding salt of any kind to plants unless it's important!
