new growth looking bad.. help?

i have 5 plants"the church" growing outside,along with some other strains.They were started indoors and have been vegin' outside for 4 weeks.All of a sudden the tops and side shoots ,new growth only, started to have abnormal growth.The leafs are distorted but not twisted and the tips are slightly burnt..But only on the new growth!There in 10 gal containers and are about 2.5 feet tall. I lightly fert all of my plants with fox farm.All the other plants in my garden look great,and recieve the same attention.Check out the pix.help!
