New growth issues

Hey guys, first time posting. I have some Lemon Kush clones, I took the cuttings from the farm next to mine, in soil, Ph @ 6-6.5 when I water and soil feeding with nutrients(I can List of needed). I am having some really weird spindly new growth and some spotting on older leaves

You are feeding too early, they have all they need in the soil for now. Less is more at this stage.

Ok I was wondering if that was the problem. I will stay all water till I get into the next size pot. Thank you!!!
