New grower

This is only my opinion but I think she stressed herself into mutating. Weird growth and only 3 leaf sets this late? Plus this isn't meant to be mean but thats the first time i've ever seen a fan leaf tied down lol.
Hey im new to this so me tieing down the fan was me not knowing what I was doing I let them both stand up and the one is mutating bad. I stressed the hell out them trying to stunt growth trying to keep them small. I've backed off all the extra shit and now im hoping I can bring them to flower eventually. I have seeds left so im going to see this thru so I can make my mistakes now before I start killing seeds en mass

How many watts? How many bulbs per plant? You might need more light.
5 bulbs 18 watt each both plants are under the same bulbs right now cuz they are small enough to fit in one grow space. I know when it comes to CFLs I need 24 watts per plant for Evey 3 feet. I tried to keep it the same for led. Is that not enough?

18 Watts doesn't seem like much. If the package says 18 Watts it may not be pulling 18 Watts from the wall, it could be a lot less. So in my opinion yes you probably do need more light if you are using the LED bulbs that go in a standard light socket I know the footprint on those are very small and when you pull it away to get a bigger footprint you get even less light on your plant.

Ok been a couple weeks but after a fight with fungus gnats (ripped out the C02 won't be using that anymore! ) And a break up I'm glad to say my girls are still growing. Pics soon to follow. Quick question tho. I used peroxide to treat my soil and it swelled up like a balloon .Is it normal for that to happen when fighting these bugs?

For fungus gnats you can use a layer of sand on top of your soil. You can also use perlite this will prevent them from going in the soil and laying eggs.

I have sand just wondering if I should wait till the soil settles first. I heard D.E. works in the soil also. When I do the last pot I want to mix it in with the soil

Just lightly packing with your hand put the layer of sand on top. Just be careful when watering don't pour in too much too fast because it will mix everything all together or you will end up with a big hole in your sand. Water slow and easy. Don't disturb the layer of sand
