new grower

if i have planted my plants about 2 weeks ago and they are about 2 to 3 inches tall how much watt lights should i be using i have a 15 watt florecent bulb 18 inches long i dont know if it is enough i allso do not have a dehumidifier do i need one if i dont use one what will happen?

When it comes to lights, the more the better.
Grab some CFL's with a 6500k color spectrum (cool daylight) and you will be light years ahead of that floro tube.

As for the dehumidifyer, i dont run one and the plants seem to be doing just fine on their own.
Im pretty sure a lot of people do not run one and their grows turn out great.

ok so here it is...this is my first time...i planted this in pot outside at first i thought it was doing good, then it starting turning yellow on edges and looked dry so i thought it needed water cuz its been really dry here and its also been in the sun all day and it been being ab 94 degrees..so is there hope for this one or there must be something i can do!! and the one thats looks brand new is only 4 days old, so plz tell me wat ya's think ab all this!! the bottom pic is the new one that just sprouted
