No you good just don't over water make sure it is completely dry between watering either lift pot for weight or what I do is just wait for you plant to droop some and then water heavy then you will have veery healthy roots that way

Those roots are appearing because of high humidity usually from overwatered plants but it's not a big deal

Fill any container to the top. Keep it filled as water packs it down over time. Then forget about roots on stems.

You can but I wouldn't risk it rotting because it's small right now the plant looks harden off already you can its just a risk till that base gets a little more bulk but each there own

If you do worm castings because they let good oxygen flow through the soil
It's currently rainy season where I live so the humidity is really high. Usually I water my plants every 2-3 days too, I've used a stick to check for soil moisture on the side of the airpot if it's starting to get dryer I'll water the plant. I use worm casting Mixed with microorganism never tried pure worm castings.

Roots showing is fine but I can appreciate how careful you're being as a new grower.
I really enjoy the process of growing and seeing how the plant is growing. My picture gallery is loaded from seedlings to current status.

I would not let it dry until droop, this will cause you headaches in the future especially if you do it frequently. once or twice if unavoidable otherwise it's not great for your plant.. personally I call this bad advice

I always let me plants droop and I grow funk and I inspect my roots after which are nice and white and hairy so marijuan plants like dry conditions more than wet 99 percent of problems people run into is not letting there plants dries out and I taught a dozen people how to grow you want all the pic all proof
I don't let it get bone dry. There's still some moisture but not completely wet. Might try out 1 adding soil and 1 let it be how it is. Interested in seeing how the outcome will be.
Like I've said it's rainy / monsume season right now the humidity is 50++ . Is there any way I can check on the lower root system?

You should be able to tell... Is it firmly rooted into the soi? Any roots poking out the bottom?
