New Grower that needs insight

these are my newest babies, about a month old, setup is very low budget, we in a recession...can anyone give any insight on what to do to improve in any way possible?

The one on the right looks healthy. Depending on your grow space you might want to consider flowering that bitch.

You need more light. Especially if you are going to flower them now, which I think you should. They aren't that bad but not so good either.

What lights do you have? If you don't have enough this is the cheapest way:

You got one male and one female there (guessing)...transplant into bigger pots and after a week switch lights to 12/12.
