Well, I have a mess of random plants all sprouted from a mixed bag, and could definently use suggestions or warnings. These are all female (besides the new seedlings), I found this out by flowering them when they were pretty young. I have been in the process of switching back these plants into veg, but some just don't seem to be coming through. I have these plants in a mix of coco fiber/happy frog soil/mushroom compost/and peat moss. I have just watered the bigger plants with their first "grow nutrients" yesterday, I wonder how this will effect them. This is my first growing experience, and am messing around with the plants in different LST styles I've seen and heard of. What do you guys think is wrong with the skinny/dry looking plant closeup? These are under a 160watt mercury vapor light meant for reptiles, but I have found this brand to really work (Mega Ray), the lights are pretty cheap too. Also, I water these about once every 2-3 days, and there is an open window filling the room with air.. pretty cold air(usually 35-50's at night).
Thanks for lookin.:bigjoint:

Sounds good, some of these have been transplanted pretty recently. These plants must be around 2 mnths+ weeks old, and at least a month beck in vegetative (24hrs of light a day.. to much mebbe?), and seem to be more sluggish in growth than I would expect. maybe the roots are just not developing enough? Also, when Is the best time to take trimmings for clones? I am definently thinking about cloning that purple plant, is it safe to do this with the pistils still on there? (its the plant on the very back right side of the full grow view, and the closeup of the buds).
Thanks.

Haha.. my bad, I was using a crappy laptop on my previous post.. So, I have these plants that have been veging for about 3 weeks since their "forced flowering" to determine their sex. I have these females left shown here, they are all in different qualities of health (some still have buds from the preflower that won't dissapear, some are just dry and sluggish with growth, etc.) I feel like I could get a decent yield if I just went ahead and flowered them under my 1000watt hps right now. Any objections or comments regarding this situation? Thanks alot.

Forgot to add, I have about 12 weeks till I move, and I will not want any plants left when the time comes, just sum seeds and the most bud I can produce from these females in the time limit. These plants are currently 12-16 inches in length, though their node spacing is pretty bad (long and skinnier plants due to most of their life spent under a 160 watt mercury vapor bulb. Any suggestions will be apreciated.

Well, I guess I'm switching these to flowering today due to my time limit. The plants are still not as good looking as I would like them to be before I flower them, but I must. Any suggestions plz.:blsmoke:

Well, I've posted some pics of the grow at its most current stage (since this post), things are looking better after I put them under a 1000watt hps. These plants are very sluggish as far as their growth of pistils go. They have all gotten (2" to 5") taller since my last post, so things are looking good I guess. I've got a pic posted of the nutes i'm using through the process, not the grow-nitrogen formula, but the aurora bloom for now, and will finish off with the fox farms. Anyone use these with succes?
-Thanks.:joint:
