new grower seeking advice (photo included)

Good day peeps i'm new to indoor homegrowing, and thus new to the forum, I need a little advice here and there to make it through a successful 1st grow.my main concern is about wether or not i should avoind selecting the blazing fast seedlings as they might likely be males, you could skip all that take a look at the pic and tell me your opinion, or answer any of the questions asked down below,

I've done a lot of reading a lot , but i somehow always feels like i need to ask , since opinions and advice vary so much that you sorta realize that each grow is unique to a certain extent, however the end deduction from all those opinions (concerning germination, light, watering, pot sizes , etc ) is that taking their mean average should be the best bet !

let me break it for you,
---------------------------------
I had a bunch of seeds (unknown specie, but I think its Indica ) ----> germinated ---> obtained regular planting soil with a little pearlite as medium (see pictures) ---> placed in a 1 gallon dome shaped container (tupper ware) for seedling stage, ----> day 1-2 successful sprouting ---> day 5 they sprouted with 3 / 4 seedlings growing out really tall and 3 times faster than the rest . also roots started to reach and show at the bottom yesterday (see pictures).

end of timeline.
-----------------------------------

light condition : i choose the 24/0 cycle about 9h sunlight (through closed window on 50th floor) and the rest regular incandescent light bulb 40w. I'm currently in Istanbul Turkey then sun is getting stronger/longer everyday, and cant install growers light.

watering: them once daily, no soaking because soil layer isn't deep and no bottom drainage, just enough to keep's moist.

temperature : temp is always between 24c- 26c (77f) I assume it reaches 29/30c (89f) under the sun.

Humidity :I cannot control it, I bought a little vapor dispenser that shows only 22% ! i place the container slightly near its vapor ejection to get cooled down during the after noon

I am not putting large hopes, but would like to avoid the disappointment of a miscarriage ;) , the seedlings are looking really healthy and growing at a nice pace. however
MY ONLY COMPLICATION IS THAT I CAN ONLY TAKE 4 PLANTS FURTHER TO CONTINUE WITH due to lack of privacy !

here are my questions answer what you want and what u have experience with but all answer are well appreciated:

1- seedlings seem used to sun exposure, should i reduced it thought (feels a little violent),

2- is the off-sun lightning okay given the good sun light they are getting ?

3- should i pierce the dome ASAP for aeration ?

4 - when should i re-pot them ? I will only transplant once and the space only allows me 3 pots same as in this picture (the orange one )+ the seedling pot which I will be growing in one of the seedlings after toping it with more soil, and removing the others.

5- should i start giving them fertilizers after week 3 ?

6- the most debatable one : should I avoid transplanting the fastest ones? they might probably be males as i've extensively read

View attachment 2104064 the ones near the broken toothpicks grew much much faster in the first 2 days the rest just caught up with them in day 3/4

thanks a lot for reading this and thanks even more for your valued input !

1.u should dry out soil to max were its dry 2 to 3 inches down them dump them out being careful not to damage roots then place them in individual containers or roots will fight for nutrients and will get tangled and end up getting root rot! 2. Off sun lighting is okay for most of day but plant needs AT LEAST 5 direct hours of preferably midday sun. 3. You should poke 4 nickle sized holes in container ASAP for that size of container!!! 4. Look to number 1 answer so yes re-pot now! 5. Dont give fertalizer until 3rd set of true 5 to 7 leaved leaves with quarter strength nutrients and add another quarter strength more per every other node grown. 6. You can only garauntee plants are male if they grow a lot taller if you know you 4sure that every seed you have is from the exact same strain and even then sometimes you can't tell. I have been growing for at least 6 years and i've had many succesfull grows and i hope you do too. Good luck!!!

sorry i forgot number 1 question and yes seedlings should be shaded for most of day like monday 1 hour direct sunlight tuesday 2 hours direct sunlight 3rd day 3 hours and all the way until either plants stem and leaves are noticeably tougher or you get all the way to like 9th day which would be 9hours of direct sunlight and this method is called HARDENING OFF PLANTS.. Hope helps

Incandescent light is pretty much useless. You need to get compact flourescents. The light is suitable for growing and you get many more lumens per watt. If you can't get both 5000-6500k spectrum for veg and 2700-3000k for flower, go with the 2700k.
