NEW GROWER NEEDS HELP

Hi recently started to make an attempt at growing. Picked up 2 clones from the dispo on 5/23 (Kush and Cheese and Turkish Cookies). Kept them under 120watts( actual watts) of cfl. My tent came on 5/27. I ordered a 3x3x6 tent and two shitty leds. A 300w Viparspectra and a 300w Highgrow led lights. Picked up a third clone ( Face Off) that was pretty big on the 28th or so and transplanted the same day. On the 31st of May I also got another clone ( Alien Dawg) and transplanted that the same day as well. They all were put into 5gal smart pots. The plants suffered from what I believe to be under watering and most of them perked back up within a day after watering them. The kush and cheese is doing excellent. The alien had formed some burnt tips and is showing some deficiencies in the older fan leaves. The turkish cookies seems to not have grown if any or at all and seems to be pretty stunted. Not sure the actual issue, the root ball was intact upon transplant and it was fine until a few days after. The face off is showing some deformities on the leaves like they've been eaten. They were all put into some soil called Great Lakes Water Only or something like that I will attach a picture. I'm imagining it's somewhat close to Fox Farms Ocean Forest. When given water I haven't been able to test the ph. Still trying to find an affordable decent ph meter. I have not given them any nutes besides what's In the soil. I will be using advanced nutrients 3 part ph perfect nutes. Still don't have a legit exhaust and carbon filter but I have a 8 inch fan taking air out of the tent and I have two clip on fans in the corners. They are currently under 18/6 not sure when to flower just trying to get the healthy first. If you need more pictures let me know. when the pot is light and dry again, but before the plant wilts, repeat^

I'd let them mature some before flowering if I had the time. face off is mind blowing

Will definitely veg longer. And I think I only added about a quarter gallon of water and that's probably why they drooped so bad. Forgot to add a pic of the plant with leaves that are Twisted and missing chuncks.
