New grower needs help or advice

I'm new to growing I planted some exodouse cheese seed last Friday and it propyl germanted yesterday evening when I checked and I've gone back today and it now has a little stem with 2 little leafs they look a bit whitish but green I planted them in jiffy pucks and I've left the light on now for nearly 48 hours is it still ok to leave my light on constantly. Just need help or advice on what's ok and what to do next

Do a 18/6 light cycle, from all the help i got here; people seem to think that is the best.
