My plant is 12 weeks old approx 16". I have 23w cfland 2 Fluorescent 40w cool warm fluorescent bulbs. Bottom of plant does not develop- tips of leaves yellowish. I use 15-35-10 fert mg. Miracle grow soil with 40% perlite. Any ideas? Here are some pics.
