new grow room need help on germanting

im turning my hall closet into a grow room i have just a couple of house lights that are working on my first plant that i was messing around with now im getting serious i want to know whats the quickest way to germinate?????? ive had the best luck just germinating in the soil.

I had great success with the paper towel method. Take moist not wet a paper towel, fold it in half, place this on a small plate (saucer). Place your seeds gently on the that towel, take another moist not wet paper towel and place it over the seeds. Now take a cereal bowl that will fit on that plate and cover it up. Put it in a kitchen cupboard for like 4 or 5 days and you will see it sprout. You may check it once a day for moisture put try to keep it out of light. Don't touch them or get them too wet, keep em moist and warm. Once it has sprouted and at least showing, drop it in a organic peat plug and put it under 24 hour light. Don't touch that root while transplanting though use clean tweezers. Keep the plug moist agoin not too wet.
