New Grow Room Design

I am moving my grow to the basement in an 7'x5' area. I'm using a tent and am puzzled about how to vent heat from my lights. In the room i have an inlet and return vent ducts but no outlets in the room. My question is this, what if i tap into the return and vent it out there? I would have to keep the furnace fan on during light periods and the heat would come up into the house, right? I know i will have to put a carbon filter on it to keep the air from sticking but other wise would that be cool? My next idea would be to run a line through the return to the basement and back out and up into the furnace exhaust but that would be too much work although idea. Then theres my cheap idea to make hole in the foundation and add a exhaust thing like you see on dryers. I dont think that would be too stealth but i gotta fig something out. Thoughts anyone because my babies gotta move soon and i gotta fig out what to do.

I need a little more clarification on that statement. I'm not sure I understand how you have an inlet and no outlet… what the difference between a 'return vent' vs 'outlet' is…?

Yo RIU, the new BigBudzzzz Bloom Room is up & running! Its been a long hard struggle but the plan has finally become reality. Still have some fine tuning to do but otherwise I'm satisfied. Just need a couple of dampers because the cloths dryer smells like weed now! HEHE, The wife wasnt happy to say the least!! Also since I have a window I'm going to install an air conditioner and upgrade the light to a cool tube and eventully another tent the same size to really make it a perpetual grow! Yeah thats like $600 down the line but a real grower is always what? Growing!! Anyway, chx me out and dont be ashamed to let me know what I can improve upon and what I've done right.

Laterrrrrrrrrrrrrr, Big Budzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
:peace:
