yes im planning a filter system out of the exhaust, of course i dont want any unwanted attention.

how many fans? the cubic feet = 210/room, so buying at least 105 cfm/room to clear the room in 2 mins...should i buy more ? of course im getting an oscillating fan in each room as well.you should considering buying some more fans, for better air circulation. all looks good for me

starting with soil, i have grown outdoor a few times, but this is my 1st major indoor project...the lights look like they are gonna be enough ??

no thats fine, see the thing is the room has 2 closets, 1 i tore out that'd be in the corner of flower room, the other one i figured i'd need...im thinking i can use it as a dry room on top half of closet and germination hut on the bottom.

the 1 1000w hps in the flowering room and 1 600 mh in the veg room is going to be good or is there more i could add ??

that all depends on how many plants you plan on growing in there. i dont know off the top of my head but you may want to take a look a lightprints for 600w and 1000w lights and figure out the size of final pots then make sure the amount of plants X the size of final container dont exceed recomended area for each light.
room looks good, its nice to see a paint pro amungst us, i have made many of drawings with that program

im gonna use 5 gallon buckets for the flower room so it depends how many i can jam in that room...i gonna use smaller pots for the veg room

if it were me i would take a foot or two away from the veg side and give it to the flower side just for that extra bit of room... but depends on how many plants you want to flower and veg... i know for me im allowed 12... 4 vegging, 8 in flower(4 new each month)... on a 4 week cycle so my flower room is almost twice the size of my veg room.... just make sure you have good air flow... if you're growing with a 1000 watt HPS... you are going to want to make sure you get AT LEAST a 6" inline fan rated at 435+CFM for your flowering room... or you are going to have some serious heat issues when the weather warms up outside.
