hey guys heres my floor plan. im looking to get some input as far as grow layout. im a certified electrician and have been rebuilding homes for close to 10 years now. i should be able to make just about any floor plan work. i just picked up 10 gavita 1000w e series with double ended bulbs. my biggest concern is Air Conditioning. the dimensions of the room are in the pic above. i was thinking starting out with 8 lights. everything will be on a controller down to the ac and humidity control. WHAT AC AND WHAT PLACEMENT??? here are some other floor plan ideas that i made.
things i know i want to use..... i want to use soil i think i'm going with foxfarm. will be tapping into my natural gas line for CO2 burner. i have 9ft ceiling height. will be running wall fans. i might have missed a couple things but if you have any questions just ask. drawing is to scale. the lights shown in the pictures were a custom icon i put in that takes up a 4' x 4' area, again to scale. the total basement SQFT is 625sqft

Low ceilings + sealed room for CO2+ 8 Gavitas = HEAT! Good luck. I'd forego the CO2, replace with filtered air exchange, and all lights separate cooling from room cooling. Good luck. Sounds good otherwise to me.

are you doing this in a house? if so you are going to need a lot of AC power. have you calculated your hydro bill? if your planning to make money from this; i recommend you to not bother at all. if you just want to pay your bills and have 9 to 5 job. just do 3 lights max
your looking around 65000 to 70000 btu or 5.5 to 6 tons of AC

cheers, hope this information helps on your decision making.

Three lights could be four easy. And a manageable 4.

One mini split, four lights, tables, and about 200 square feet of veg or a little less.

Or you could spend a pile on over building it. Then you actually need to have a plan before you start. So id under build on the first try.
