new grow closet!! venting question inline fan and passive intak

so i got everthing i nee to grow
i attached a picture of how i think i should set it up the area is 3ft by 5 ft with seperate chamber on top to house fan, ballast timer, co2 and all other goodies, but after laying it all in there i notice if i do i do it ike this that the passive intake woud line up right across from crbon filter will this be okay or should i set up diffentally

this is actual picture of closet i built i painted it white but i bought mylar to go in now
