New Grow Box , 3rd grow this year

Yo , havent been on here in a while , but i decided to make a new grow box , these are the dimentions , 2Ft tall , 1Ft wide , and 1Ft deep , one intake PC fan and one out-take PC fan , One 6500K CFL (for now) with a Homemade Reflector made out of a Metal Bowl Saldered to the Socket Outlet now this is only going to be a One plant Grow Box , but im making another one for Flowering im going to the hardware store to buy Mylar to line the insides of the box's , i have 2 Feminized White Rhino Seeds and a shitload of bagseeds , My Question is , how much do you think i would possibly yeild in a box this size? , and if you have any information or any ideas on how to make this box better anything would be very apreachiated! , Thank You.

Ive actually seen a cfl 23 watt grow in a smaller space than yours and he had to cut early but was able to get around a half once at 6weeks or around there.
