New grow 3x3 setup with plans to add 4x4

First time posting and setting up a grow. Wanted to get some feedback on my plans for lighting with the current setup and plans to move to a 4x4 for flowering and use my 3x3 for veg. When I get the 4x4 I plan to move these lights into the 4x4 and get a HLG 100 V2 or more qb132 in 4000k for the 3x3 for vegging.

Almost ordered a cheap LED off amazon but after doing a lot of reading I ended up looking at the QB132 & QB96. Since HLG was out of QB132 3500k & 3000k I decided to go with 2x QB96 with a HLG-320H-54A running them in parallel.

Read everything I could find on them from OR_Gro on here and Tbone , Soil2Coco on GC.

I'm left wondering if the better option would be to run 2 of them in the middle and get 4 Qb132 and run 2 on each side which would give me 620 watts at around $512 setup cost or would it be worth getting 2 more of the qb96 for the extra 93 dollars.

I know for a 3x3 that I'm going to start my first grow in 620 watts is overkill and will have to be dimmed or I will cook the plants.
.
Also for my first grow I'm only going to do 1 plant in a 5 gallon bag and scrog. I figured it best to get things down before I end up killing a group a plants.

Keep on going back and forth on them so any opinions or advice would be great.

I would go for the extra 96s so you have more light uniformity.

Plus 7gal minimum if you want to fill a 3x3 scrog.

Don't run 620w in a 3x3 though, its not just overkill its plant kill. 300-350 is plenty.
