Well one problem you have is that its a bit late for an outdoor grow, and two, are you old enough to be on this site????

Atleast paint your walls white, my man. If you can, get some Mylar to go on the walls.

That CFL: Is it 6500k? How many lumens does it put out?

Your need air circulation, not movement. You need air flowing in at the bottom and out at the top.

What kind of soil are you using? Your mother looks like its in sand.

it needs a littkl more work man, do a search on this website for sealtjth grow boxes to get a little more resoearch on how to do it correctly. But a give u props for effort.
