i wont be a resident of colorado till the summer but
can i grow legally w/out a mj card in CO now?
an i lived there for a school year at ucdenver in 2010 so i should have residency now right?

I don't think residency is required. Next month anyone over 21 living in CO should be able grow up to 6 plants for personal use.
