New clone leaf tips dying DWC

Hey thinking this is either a calcium deficiency or my clone maybe lil tooclose to the cfl its under. looking for others thoughts.

lil info Trainwreck strain. tap water 27-30 ppm out of tap. using local hydro shops nutrient line at 480 ppm adding no additives includong cal mag.

i had similar issues before and usualy it is nute related but after tweeking my nute levels i realized they were too close to lights,

Yeah. Thanks. Oh and pH been between 5.6-6.1 whole time. most time spent at 5.8 ish climbs slowly with ppm drop.
