New CFL Setup-how's it look?

Here's my new setup... right now I have this setup hanging over top of 2-blueberry and 1-green spirit...

3-85W 6500K
2-85W 2700K
4-26W 6500K

That looks great dude, you've got a ton of light for 3 plants!

The only think I might suggest is to make sure that fan isn't blowing directly on the plants since it doesn't look like it oscillates.
 
I am just having entirely too much fun :) so I figure why not go a little overboard...? :)

I got a box full of 2700Ks just nowhere left to put em... heh...
 
dude its like you have sen my grow setup and actually liked it ,then you went to redo it and made it better. seriosly i have the same fan ,the same light fixtures and the same setup. well allmost. mine is in a closet and the fan is on the side i have a clothes rack like three foot off the groung that four 27w bulbs dangle from and on two sides i have 42w bulbs in goose neck lamp fixtures. you have stronger wattage than me but i believe you are still having my problems. since your grow is not inclose even more so than mine you lose alot of light. cfls cast light in 360 and your hoods do help but mylar or white painted boards to inclose and box in your grow would really utilize your lumens better. i have way less light than you for now and twice the amount of plants but everything is peachy so far. i will be upgrading lights soon!
 
also, i have a y spitter with two 27w bulbs sitting directly on one of the pots because that particular plant was having difficulty with the cold weather and wanted to die. now it just loves the extra light so far none of my plants have been burned.

Yeah I was thinking as they get bigger I would surround them more with some lights in the middle... I do have a reflector setup but I moved it out of the way for the pics... :) It's made out of white (duh) foam poster board stuff and duct tape... I attached a pic... it reflects a ton of light but also restricts air flow so it warms up in there... you do anything for that?

The hardware store down the road sells the fans and they are easy to get so I just keep buying them... :) heh...

I also attached a picture of a baby blueberry just for fun... she's a week old... :D

IVE been trying to find away to make the clip lights into a vanity fixture like thing for weeks now but im kinda dumb.the way i have it now my bulbs move around to much with the fan,so i wanted them in a fixed position.i cut a whole the size of my fan on the side of one of my reflect boards so the fan can fit in the side like a window unit and if it gets really hot i put a smaller fan on the other side blowing the air up and out! soon i think i might construct a tubbaware gro with alid so i can conceal it better.

Man, I got you covered, I came up with a great stoner idea last night... (actually a good one) and I'll post pics of it later today... I have figured out I am WAY over thinking this...
 
thanx man where i am located weed is harder to find than anything else,and when you can find it half the bag is seed and the other half shit shake, i just want to help a few people to learn about good weed and help them get their grows started too eventually get some good bud on these streets for once .im a fucking lone stoner down here.
 
everything looks good to me...i have four plants with 4 23w cfls so you'll be fine... that's enough light, and that fan is perfect cause it will move the heat up and away from your plants...not you just gotta let em grow ....good luck
 
good setup...for a little while longer.....whats your plan for when they start to shoot up??? hps? more cfls?

23w per plant!!!!!! damn man your goin big time.....jk bro.....better make a trip to home depot soon .....more light more light more light!!!!!!!!!!!:peace:

Ok, I have torn down and rebuilt this setup 6 times, and this 6th time is the final time... all I did was take the reflectors off the clamp lights so I could take the assembly I had in the center out and fit the lights in sideways (since more light comes from the side than the tip) and a little denser...

and here's how I am hanging the board from the joists... just masonary string and some of those bolts you use to hang drop ceilings... then I can just adjust the height by wrapping the string around the screw at the top.
