I placed an order in late June. They sent me the wrong part and it was missing a part. They still haven't sent me the right part. They take days to respond to emails. I will probably have to file a grievance with my credit card company.
Some douche has been dicking me around saying they have sent the part.

That is not true. I have seen bongs for sale in a road side rug store in New Mexico.
I can buy a pipe at a liquor store near my house.

Word to the wise, the more complex the interior, the harder it is gonna be to clean. I have a HiSi double-U perc and while it hits like a champ and with ice in it feels like just breathing, its a bitch to get clean. Like hour long ordeals to get it all out, at least if your OCD about clean glass like me.

Oh I know all the tricks its just got weird nooks and crannies and pressure gradients that make it hard to clean. I eventually built a tube that I can just submerge the whole thing in cleaner, but I struggled with it for awhile.
