Healthy.

Wait for the tiny leaves to fall off then start feeding at 1/4 strength bottle instructions. The ones that don't look like MJ leaves.

Easy turbo it takes about 45 days for a seed to show its sex. I veg under 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness. I have tried both ways and the most notable difference is the 24 hour light makes the plant use more cal/mag. Other than that they seem to grow the same but you save electricity with the dark period.
Actually 24/0 plants tend to grow shorter and with less internode space. At least that's what I've read.

I haven't noticed any growth difference but I did notice the internodes were closer together, only tried it one time, what really got me was my plants kept having calcium deficiencies that I don't get under 18/6.

Between those I would do 20/4. Weed doesn't really need a dark period until flower. Marijuana is a C3 plant which means it uses light and CO2 for photosynthesis. During the light phase two reactions happen (I forget the names) and during the dark only one does.

Here's some info on that: https://www.rollitup.org/t/24-0-vs-18-6-debate-is-over.292985/

18/6 is what most people do though, I've just noticed a lot more bud sites using 24/0. I also LST my plants so tying them down and defoliating them slowly to allow light penetration is great. I also flower under two 1000ws and veg under one t8 bulb in my clone/mother tent, and a t12 in my veg tent. LST and super-cropping can really help yield if you do it right.

20/4 for veg, 12/12 for flower. The photoperiod tells them the days are getting shorter and they bud for the end of the season.
They also stretch a lot during this phase so for your first go around I would flower when you think they're going to double in height.

For instance, if I had a 1 inch tall plant and I had a 5 inch tall tent, I would flower at 2 inches because 4 inches is manageable. Some stretch more, some stretch less but take clones and you can dial it in better next grow.
