Any advice on what to do? I know the lease says no illegal drugs. Which its not illegal via the state but is federally which I know they can go by that and still consider it illegal. Crappy part is I have 7 in flower and there not ready til around the 4th. Hairs just started turning brown! S.o.b. this sucks lol

they'll be done soon enough. start formulating a few good reasons why you MUST push back any inspect dates. one reason is you must be present! start flushing yer plants earier... Also get your locks changed ASAP if you haven't already.

i use a small tent so this usually isnt too much of a problem for me. i can clean my place up in less then a half hour if i have to. i keep a cleaned out closet for all my stuff with a lock on it. i pull the vertical poles out of the tent and just collapse it and put it under my bed. the plants and everything else goes in the closet.
if they want to go in the closet i tell them thats my junk closet with a bunch of personal stuff in it and if i open it up shits going to come pouring out everywhere

I'm in a tent they gave me notice it will happen monday 9am whether I'm present or not id do the uhaul idea but funds are tight I can grab everything up in a short period of time I have a place I can take everything but id have to resetup n then transport again back in my place... Started flushing already but its just my tents seams are weak n I'm sure they'll rip.... Other down side is where I can take everything they grow n are at their limit

uhaul boxes....they are 3 ft x3 ft x 3 ft boxes in a closet worked for me when i was apartment growing.
They have no right to open up closed closets or drawers or cabinets...they are doing a walk through....which is common for new owners to do
Its best if you are present.....they are only aloud to do a visual inspection of the overall general condition of the apartment.

seek larger utility boxes. a lot of ppl have an empty around, or stores. hse at tax auction, or foreclosed prop? sounds like a plan.

I agree with this. I don't know where you live but houses here in my part of Yooperland are WAY cheaper to own VS. renting.
right it is... morgage or no morgage its cheaper... paying 500 in rent or 500 to something youll own definately makes a big difference!!!

I have 2 trains of thought. UP if you want to be in woods and relax. Detroit (or detroit area) is you don't mind other people. I enjoy them both.
Any way I was look at a place in Detroit a few months ago, even had Belle go check it out. It was $9000. We were thinking about it hard. Last week the price dropped to $999. I am not bullshitting. I tried to buy it online. I was telling a realtor to figure that shit out. Long story short, I was supposed to have it days ago. lol. $1000 for a businss. My fucking house payment is higher than that. One payment. I was iffy about location cuz I am white and it's right by Van Dyke and Gratiot.
I believe morningside & e english village is a much better area. Of Detroit. South of Marquette is best area of UP.
