It depends largely on your state. No federal prison unless crossing stae lines as I understand things. 20 plants seems hard to say it is all personal...

I only say that because I find it hard to believe in some states 50 pounds and under is only a 2 year max sentence. Just looking for some people that have had actual encounters.

So you live in Massachusetts. It all depends on who you are. Do you have priors? Drug charges? Growing in your parents closet? Full house grow?

What's the number one rule in stealth growing? Keep your mouth shut.

You would have to face federal charges to go to federal prison, I just thought the clip was relevant. The goal is not to get caught.
