Not as far as I know. I’ve never seen a military person in or out of uniform in a pot shop. It’s against federal law. But they’re starting to allow VA doctors in medical states to prescribe it for vets with certain conditions.
Meaning it’s not against state laws but the military doesn’t see it that way. I wouldn’t want to be seen or reported coming out of a pot shop if I was on active duty.
