Network Join Request

Hey everyone. I am having technical difficulties. Someone asked if they could join my network. There was a place that said "Click here to accept or deny." When I click on it, nothing happens. Unfortunately, they had the same issue. Now we are stuck. Thanks for any ideas!

You have to select a group for them to be in...like family or friends..then hit accept..
