Netwok problems(can't add users)

I have a request to join a network PM, When I click the link to approve or deny, it says "no users awaiting approval"

This is the second time this has happened, I gave up on trying to network for awhile, now I tried again and I still have the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated THX

I got network probs.
