Nope ur golden.
A street light will fuck it up from about 25 yards. Give ya a general idea of how to measure it.

Either way, why don't you ask your neighbors to stop pointing floodlights at your house? Even if you weren't concerned about light pollution, it seems rude to be pointing those big ass lights at your place.
